Asian American Jazz Festival is the world's premiere event celebrating the creative and innovative artistic visions and achievements of Asian American and Asian jazz artists. Headlining the 3-day event are Japanese piano sensation, Hiromi and Phillipino singing phenonmena, Charmaine Clamor and Mon David. The festival will also feature 12 other Asian and Asian American artists uniting at Cafe Metropol for two days of exciting and compelling music before the main event to be held at the Democracy Forum at the Japanese American National Museum. After a successful run at Barnsdall Park in 2008, Angel City Jazz Festival returns to Los Angeles for its 2nd annual two-day engagement at the John Anson Ford Amphitheater in Los Angeles with headliners Dave Douglas, Billy Childs, Benny Maupin, and Larry Goldings.
