What We Do Disruptive Management is an entertainment solutions company that specializes in live music presentation, marketing, promotions, talent booking, artist management, and event production. We curate and present music at venues of all sizes including nightclubs, restaurants, and concert halls. We produce and market music festivals as well as represent a unique roster of creative and innovative artists. About Paul Im Mr. Im is a professional marketer with extensive music presentation, event marketing, artist management, and talent booking experience. He brings an in-depth knowledge of marketing and music business to Disruptive Management. Mr. Im has produced concerts, ballets, music festivals, and theater works in Boston and Los Angeles at notable venues including The Boston Center for the Arts, The Berklee Performance Center, The Ford Theater, The David Henry Hwang Theater, and The Japanese American National Museum Theater, among many others. He received his M.B.A. in marketing from Loyola Marymount University and his B.M. in music business from Berklee College of Music. About Phok Lim Mr. Lim is a software developer with over 10 years experience working in C++ programming, software configuration management(SCM), and web development. He has worked in the software industry for many large corporations including Sony, NCR, and Cardinal Health. He brings his technology expertise to Disruptive Management. He received his B.S. in computer engineering from University of California at San Diego. About Tarikh Melancon Mr. Melancon is an audio engineer, live sound engineer, stage designer, and master installer with 10 years experience in music production. He brings his in-depth knowledge of sound and stage design to the operations end of the Disruptive Management. He received his A.A. in audio engineering from Long Beach City College.
